I built Bread Bae Co., a boutique baking company, from the ground up into a fully operational multi-location bakery in just six months, managing pop-ups, partnerships, and community activations to drive growth. I designed and implemented the systems and processes for operations, staffing, and quality that allowed the business to scale efficiently. Since then, we’ve pivoted to an online-first model, leveraging those same systems to continue growing the brand.

I refined and implemented a company-wide sales playbook and created a two-week training program to onboard and develop new sales teams. The program translated complex products into clear, customer-first narratives and equipped trainers to coach high-performing reps. These systems helped the company scale rapidly while maintaining a human-centered, repeatable approach to sales enablement.
